Bless — When Dinraal of Power enters the battlefield, choose a commander creature you own on the battlefield or in the command zone. The chosen creature gets +2/+0 and has haste until Dinral of Power leaves the battlefield.

Whenever a creature you control with haste deals combat damage to an opponent, it deals that much damage to up to two target creatures that player controls.
