Once each turn, when you roll a die, each player may pay {X}{1} and choose a number. If the result is equal to the chosen number, they create X treasure tokens. If the dice is a d20 they create 3 times X treasure tokens instead.

Whenever an opponent creates one or more treasure tokens, you may pay {B}. If you do, create a treasure token.
