The Fall of Lago // Titan Ambush

I: Discard a card, draw 2 cards.
II: The Fall of Lago deals 2 damage to each creature. Each opponent despairs 2 for each creature that died this way.
III: For each opponent, exile a card from your graveyard. That opponent despairs equal to the exiled card's mana value. If an opponent despairs 10 or more, you may cast it this turn.
IV: Exile The Fall of Lago. Until the end of your next turn, you may cast it transformed.
For each player despairing 20 or more, exile a creature card from your graveyard, create X 4/4 Titans where X is the exiled creature's mana value.
Survivors from the Fall of Lago fled into the wastes, but were caught by Titans who had been awaiting their retreat.
