Hazard Ops can be your commander.

I: Create two treasure tokens. Exile the top five cards of your library face down.

II,III: Exile the top 7 cards of your library face down. Put one of them chosen at random into your hand.

IV: Exile target opponent's graveyard. Create two 1/1 Soldier artifact creature tokens and a treasure token.

V: Exile this saga, then return it to the battlefield transformed under your control.

+2: Look the top X cards of your library, where X is the number of treasures you control. Put one into your hand. Exile the rest face down.

-3: Look at the cards exiled with Firecracker. You may cast one without paying its mana cost. If you don't, create four treasure tokens.

-X: Exile the top X cards of each player's library. If X is 11 or more, each opponent loses life equal to the number of cards in exile.
