Vampiric Dynasty - Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, exile it as it resolves and create a 1/1 Spirit Vampire Creature token with "When this creature deals combat damage to a player, sacrifice it. If you do, copy the card exiled and cast it without paying it's mana cost."
