Actually I'm not in love with the functionality. Feel free to revamp. A card that uses time counters as a resource could be cool though.
Vanishing 50 is kinda a lot, maybe we should tone that down quite a bit -P

Vanishing 50 approaches not having vanishing. Doesn’t have to be this card but I want one that can use time counters more or less quickly based on conditions
