What Will You Do? — Each player may only cast 3 up to three spells during each of their turns, and may only cast spells during an opponents turn if they control a spell or ability on the stack.

Roll for... — Whenever a player casts a noncreature, nonartifact spell, activates a non mana ability, or an ability is triggered, that player rolls a d20. The following results cannot be countered.

2-10 | Choose one: discard a card, lose 3 life.

11-19 | Choose one: draw a card, gain 3 life.

20 | Copy that spell or ability. If it's legendary, it becomes nonlegendary.
