When Red Tape enters the battlefield, choose one:

• Each turn, enchanted player may only cast a spell if it has mana value greater than the last spell they cast this turn.

• Each turn, enchanted player may only cast a spell if its name is alphabetically greater than the name of the last spell they cast this turn.
