When Loki enters the battlefield, you may exchange control of two target nonland permanents an opponent controls.

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may look at the top two cards of an opponent's library. You may choose one of them and put it into its owner's graveyard.

Whenever Loki deals combat damage to an opponent, you may create a token that's a copy of target nonland permanent that player controls.
