Bahamut has protection from all colors and cannot be countered.

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one:

•Create a 4/4 white Dragon creature token with flying and vigilance.

•Exile target nonland permanent. Return that permanent to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of your next upkeep.

Whenever Bahamut, the Platinum Dragon deals combat damage to a player, you gain life equal to the amount of damage dealt, and you may choose one permanent you don't control and exile it.
