While this spell is resolving, ignore the keyword "changeling" and creature types of "all" when resolving any of this spell's abilities.

Exile target creature. Search each player's hand, library, and graveyard for all creatures that share a creaure type with the exiled creature and exile those creatures. Then repeat this process for each creature type among all cards exiled this way (This includes cards exiled in repetitions other than the first). Each player shuffles their library, then draws a card for each card that was exiled from their hand.
