Suspend 1—{1}{R} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, pay {1}{R} and exile it with a time counter on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, cast it without paying its mana cost.)
When you suspend Suspension Goblins create two 1/1 goblin creature tokens.
Both the forceOS and the (u/r faction) use what they call "suspension goblins". Depending on who employ's rhem, the goblins have very different jobs.
