When Doug Doug enters the battlefield or makes a video, draw a card

{2}{T} Make a video. If DougDoug has more than 200 sub counters, make a video than transform him.

At the begining of your end step, add sub counters to DougDoug equal to the number videos made this turn and nuber of sub counters. This abilty only triggers if you have made a video this turn.

: If Diablo the Cheater would go to your graveyard, transform it instead.

+2: Twitch chat plays- deal 2 damage to a random creature. If you controled that creature, put 50 sub counters on Diablo the Cheater

-4: GTA 5 challenge- draw cards equal to a tenth of the number of sub counters

-9: Peggle- you may deal 1 damage to target creature. Repeat for each sub counter on DougDoug. Then you gain an embelam with "prevent all damage dealt to planeswalkers named Diablo the Cheater"
