Whenever a player casts a spell, exile the top card of that player's library face down.

{C}{U}{U}, {T}: Each player, starting with you, may choose a card exiled by Somebody Named Jack that hasn't been chosen, they may look at the chosen card. They may cast that card until their next turn. They may spend mana as though it was mana of any color to cast that spell.
