Whenever a creature you control dies, put a coin counter on target creature you control.

Whenever a coin counter is put on a creature you control create Charon's Boon attached to that creature. (If you control another Boon on it, put that one into the graveyard. Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 for each permanent that left the battlefield this turn.)
