Enchant Fire creature

Enchanted creature gets +2/+1 and has "Whenever this creature deals damage to a player, put a burn counter on that player."

At the beginning of your upkeep, Fire Terastallization deals 2 damage to each player with a burn counter on them. Then, remove a burn counter from each player.
