Whenever a commander a teammate controls deals combat damage to a player, that player draws a card. Then put a Revenge counter on Navri, Hummingbird Captain.

Next Step - At the start of your upkeep, if there are five or more revenge counters on Navri, Hummingbird Captain, remove her from the game. Navri, Not Dead After All is your new commander.
