Whenever Bonnie, the Epicentre enters the battlefield, each player who controls their commander draws a card, then you draw a card from each player who drew a card this way, then each player who did not draw a card this way puts a commander they own from the command zone onto the battlefield.

Whenever a commander you dont own attacks another player than you, you and that commanders owner each draw a card.
