When Friendly Impetus enters the battlefield, you become friends with enchanted creature's controller for the rest of the game.

Enchanted creature gets +1/+1, has Hexproof, and is goaded.

{0}: Enchanted creature's controller gains control of a permanent you control. Activate only once per turn for each permanent they controlled that was destroyed or exiled that turn.

If you and enchanted creature's controller are the only players left in the game, you and enchanted creature's controller both win the game.

If enchanted creature's controller would lose the game, you lose the game instead.
