Flourishing is a keyword. It is written qualityflourishing x. It means reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a quality card. Then, put up to x of the cards into your hand, and exile the rest. The cards added to your hand perpetually have "this card doesn't count against your hand limit". The card that ended this is known as the "flourishing" card.
