Look at target opponent's hand. Secretly choose a card from it. Then that opponent secretly chooses a card from their hand. Then each player reveals their choice simultaneously. If the same card was chosen by both players, you may put it onto the battlefield under your control. If different cards were chosen by each player, that opponent may put the card they chose onto the battlefield under their control.
