At the beginning of each opponent’s turn, create a black 0/1 Deathroot creature token under their control with Defender and “At the end of your turn, you lose 1 life.”

Creatures you control gain +X/+X where X is the number of Deathroot on the battlefield. If X is five or more, creatures you control have Deathtouch.
