Synaptic Nexus — Whenever you put an +1/+1 counter on a Tyranid you control, you may put another one on another creature you control. Whenever a Tyranid you control would be the target of a spell or ability, you may remove a counter from another Tyranid you control, the spell or ability may either target either or both Tyranids.
