Mind Sliver deals 1d6 damage to the mind of one creature within 60ft unless it succeeds an intelligence saving throw,

if it fails it must also subtract 1d4 from the next saving throw it makes before the end of your next turn

this spells damage increases by 1d6 at levels 5, 11, and 17
