Put 3 Fate counters on equipped creature. At the beginning of your upkeep remove a Fate counter from equipped creature. Once all Fate counters have been removed, sacrifice equipped creature and this artifact unless you sacrifice all other creatures you control. If you do so, equipped creature gets a +1/+1 counter for each creature sacrificed this way.
