Electric Smoke enters the battlefield with three Charge counters on it.

At the beginning of each upkeep, remove a charge counter from Electric Smoke. Electric Smoke deals 1 damage to each creature enchanted player controls. Then, if there are no more charge counters on Electric Smoke, sacrifice it.
