At the beggining of your upkeep, put a fate counter on Lord Ladrian, then surveil X, where X is the number of fate counters on Lord Ladrian. If you surveiled more than 4 this way, exile the top X cards of an opponent's library or create X treasures. You may cast cards exiled this way until the end of your next turn. When you cast a spell this way, that spells owner copies it.
