When Kaito, Reckoner enters, gain control of target artifact until Kaito leaves the battlefield or transforms.

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may tap and exert an artifact you control but don't own. If you do, exile Kaito, then return him to the battlefield transformed under your control.

: At the beginning of your combat step, choose a creature with power 3 or less. It can't be blocked this turn.

+1: Create two 1/1 black Ninja creature tokens that can't be blocked. If you control another blue permanent, they get +1/+0 and gain haste until end of turn.

-2: When a creature you control deals combat damage to a player this turn, they discard a card.

-6: Each opponent exiles a nonland card from their hand at random. For as long as those cards remain exiled, you may cast them, and mana of any color can be spent to cast them.
