If a non Horror creature would deal damage to The Netherbrain, prevent that damage.

When The Netherbrain enters the battlefield, if it was cast, put a ceremorphosis counter onto any number of target creatures, those creatures become 3/3 blue horrors with flying and lose all other abilites and creature types. Then gain control of all creatures with ceremorphosis counters on them.
