When Archangel of Atrocities attacks, put a fate counter on another target creature. That creature gains "Whenever another creature you control dies, you lose 3 life unless you sacrifice another nonland permanent or discard a card."
When Archangel of Atrocities dies, destroy all creatures without fate counters on them, then remove all fate counters from all creatures.
