The twitter embedded spoilers aren't showing for me. Is it possible to post a picture as well?

Wishclaw Talisman is fantastic flavor - good top-down implementation of a cursed monkey's paw. At its base case, you activate it once, then your opponent activates it once, then you activate it the third and final time. Could potentially get more uses out of it with Proliferate.
Gets more interesting if you have ways to abuse it - either bounce it back to your hand, sacrifice it before it gets passed away, or untap to activate multiple times. There are also some political implications in multiplayer.
Scheming Symmetry never really took off, presumably because giving your opponent the first tutor is too big of a downside. Will be interesting to see if this one does.

In modern you could activate it, and maybe Shrapnel Blast it with the ability on the stack. Probably wouldn't be very good though.

It's a Demonic Tutor for every turn with my Aminatou, the Fateshifter deck. You can Aminatou [-1] on the Wishclaw Talisman and get it back straight away. It's even worded so that opponents can't use it until their turn so you can do this safely.

this is super cool in edh.
can you activate it, then sacrifice it to an arcbound ravager to make sure your opponent can't get it?

Is there a Homeward Path-style effect, but for all permanent types?
