Can Zimone and Dina put a Bridgeworks Battle // Tanglespan Bridgeworks onto the battlefield as a land with her tap ability?

No, they cannot. If you are not playing/casting the card, only the front face exists so Zimone and Dina don't ever see it as a land in your hand.
