Today's Challenge: References to players losing the game

.::To Enter::.
In a single post:
  • Name exactly two other players to vote for their entries for the previous challenge. (In the event that there are two or fewer entries that you are allowed to vote for, you may vote for only one.)
  • Make a card that fits the current challenge.
  • Include an "If I Win" (IIW) for tomorrow's challenge if you win.
Each day we use the challenge of the previous day's winner. In the case of a tie, we'll use the IIW of the tied player who has least overall points. In case of a further tie, the IIW of the earlier poster will be used.

Cornered Target
Creature - Human Noble (U)
Cornered Target enters the battlefield with a bounty counter on it.
When Cornered Target dies, if it had a bounty counter on it, each opponent draws a card and gains 2 life.
Sacrifice a Treasure: remove a bounty counter from Cornered Target.
"No, wait! I'll pay you double! Triple!"

Close and Personal 1R
Sorcery (Common)
Target creature becomes the most wanted. Put a bounty counter on it. Then, up to one other target creature you control fights it. (Whenever the most wanted creature dies, the player who killed it draw cards equel to the amount of bounty that creature has. Only one creature at a time can be the most wanted.)
"Clara paid me top money to tell you this: 'My husband won't be forgotten. You will.'"

IIW: A mechanic like "suspect" from Murders at Karlov Manor

Warrant Deliverer
Creature- Human Advisor Mercenary (R)
: Target player puts a bounty counter on a creature they control.
: Put a bounty counter on each Outlaw.
Whenever a creature with a bounty counter on it dies, you create a Treasure token for each bounty counter on it.

Miasmatic Assassin B
Creature - Phyrexian Assassin (R)
T: Put a bounty counter on target creature.
X, T: Each creature with a bounty counter on it your opponents control gets -X/-X until end of turn.
Business is good for assassins in the Dross: Every Steel Thane wants six other Steel Thanes dead.

This one was hard to decide.

Palleria, the Second Chance
Legendary Creature - Angel (MR)
Flying, Flash
Whenever an opponent with zero redemption counters would lose the game, instead they shuffle their graveyard into their library, their life total becomes 10, and they gain a redemption counter. Draw a card.
Opponents with one or more redemption counters can't attack you or permanents you control and cannot target you or permanents you control with spells or abilities.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if all opponents have one or more redemption counters, you win the game.
4/4

IIW: A Common Wizard, Warrior, Rogue, or Cleric

Enchantment (R)
Flash
Whenever an opponent is dealt damage, you gain 1 life and surveil 1.
Whenever an opponent loses the game, create a 4/4 blue Sphinx Assassin creature token with flying and "Ward - Put a creature you control on the bottom of its owner's library," plus an additional two of those tokens for each exiled card that player owned with a hit counter on it.

IIW: An existing keyword on a card type it hasn't been on yet
