Today's Challenge: A commander for an underrepresented creature type

In a single post:
Name exactly two other players to vote for their entries for the previous challenge. (In the event that there are two or fewer entries that you are allowed to vote for, you may vote for only one.)
Make a card that fits the current challenge.
Include an "If I Win" (IIW) for tomorrow's challenge if you win.
Each day we use the challenge of the previous day's winner. In the case of a tie, we'll use the IIW of the tied player who has least overall points. In case of a further tie, the IIW of the earlier poster will be used.

Streamburst Vanguard has +1/+1 and islandwalk as long as you control two or more other Merfolk.

When Goblin Stadtholder dies, create four 1/1 red Goblin creature tokens, four Food tokens, and four Treasure tokens. When a goblin of wealth and status passes away, "favorite" nieces and nephews seem to appear out of thin air.

Isu the Snow-Covered can't be blocked by nonsnow creatures.
Whenever Isu the Snow-Covered deals combat damage to a player, you may pay SG. If you do, you may put a Yeti or snow land card from your hand onto the battlefield, then put a +1/+1 counter on each Yeti you control. SW, Q: Each player draws two cards.

I feel so behind because I suddenly lost my creative thoughts for a short time. Starting to get it back lol. This isnt the best card I couldve come up with (and I'll likely make another Cetalia card to make up for it) but I think it works.
