Just some cards I think could be nice.
Some mechanic info:
New mechanic: "Mind Decay" - is a disease which infects telepathic wizards and can be transmitted through telepathic attacks on other creatures. Ingame this means, cards with discard effects may infect the opponent with "Mind Decay". The spell returns transformed to that opponents battlefield. There it reduces the handsize of that player by one. The opponent can get rid of the enchantment if he/she sacrifices it and therefor uses its selfharming effect. These effects have a range from ": Tap target creature you control." to ": Destroy all non-land permanents you control."
